Christmas market portrait Frankfurt

The market was full, a Sunday, and still we found room. A carousel first, Viktoriia still and the background moving. Then a sweets stall, and Glühwein to warm up. People stopped so we could work, and some frames came out of the moment. We closed with a carriage and a softer set. Our earlier afternoon at the Palmengarten was in October.

A portrait at Palmengarten Frankfurt

Between the houses we worked outside. At one point Viktoriia asked another visitor to hold her hair, so the frame showed only the hands. The flowers kept finding their way in. That gave me the idea to try the same later at Park Rosenhöhe in Darmstadt.

We also had her throw her hair back. Three and a half hours, and it asked for a repeat. We met again in December at the Christmas market. Thank you, Viktoriia, for the time and the trust.
