On the 26th of January 2026 a lost place shooting event took place at Schloss Ravenstein in the small City of Ravenstein in Germany. Quite some photographers and models came to attend. I had two models with whom I did shoot, the first one was Lukas.
At first we made some photos in a small corridor, which had some Call of Cthulhu vibes. At this point Lukas was interviewed by the german Television SWR, which was present at the event.
Next, we went into a room near the corridor. There was an old bathtub lying around, which we stabilized with drawers from an old desk so that Lukas could sit in it. We then took a few photos at the desk, as well as on a staircase that obviously led nowhere. Then we went to the other side of the entrance hall, where we first took a few pictures in an old dumbwaiter, followed by a storage room
The next pictures were taken at a window through which sunlight was streaming in and nature was trying to penetrate the building. The path then led us to an old kitchen.
Our way through the ground floor then led us to another storage room and to the vaulted cellar, which only had a small mini window. Finally, we went back to the lounge, where we took a few more photos in the stairwell.
All in all, it was a relaxed shoot with lots of different locations we could use, which was a lot of fun. At this point, I’d like to thank Lukas again for being my model.
